Rainy Day Derby Day
I think Atlanta has turned into Seattle. We have had four days of solid rain and today, the 6th day of May, the high temperature was 58 degrees. What’s going on? What went on this weekend was #1 Daughter had a Kentucky Derby party and I volunteered to help out a bit. 80′s Cheap Bookcase Redux
Today will be a quickie as I am in the midst of a painting remodel and getting ready for our upcoming family Easter dinner. I don’t know about you but when I was growing up the two biggies for extended family gatherings were Easter and Thanksgiving. I had lots and lots of cousins of around my same age and it was so much fun to hunt those eggs! We still make it a big deal even though our families aren’t so large any more.
